All products are subject to availability of the same. Along this line, if there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or there are no more items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on substitute products of the same or higher quality and value that you may order. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will reimburse any amount that you may have paid.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free delivery worldwide using well-established courier partners.

We process and ship out all complete orders within 2-4 working days of receiving them. Shipping times are dependent on the Region. Average shipping times for each Region, based on courier provided information and our own experience. Note this may change from time-to-time depending on our courier partners and seasonalities. However, the average around the world delivery time is between 2-8 working days.

Due to Covid-19, times may vary based on countries' policies of lockdown. We would appreciate your patience if any delay happens due to these exceptional times, and we promise to do our best to ensure rapid delivery.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. There is NO REFUND, only damaged or defective items will be replaced. All sizes are detailed in size charts please make sure you check your size before selecting.
